These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Polygon Growth website and any information, features, or resources made available through it (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

The Site provides general information about Polygon Growth and allows prospective clients and business contacts to learn about our services or request a conversation.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

These Terms govern the Site. They do not, by themselves, create a client relationship or require Polygon Growth to provide services. Services are offered only after the parties agree to a proposal, statement of work, order form, services agreement, or other written engagement document.

A signed engagement document may address scope, fees, payment, timelines, deliverables, approvals, intellectual property, confidentiality, performance commitments, termination, and other project-specific matters. If that document conflicts with these Terms regarding paid services, the signed document controls.

Website descriptions, prices, timelines, and program details are informational and may change. Final terms are those stated in the applicable signed engagement document.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Site is intended primarily for business and professional use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or private links provided to you. Notify us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

When you submit an inquiry or book a call, you authorize Polygon Growth and its scheduling or communications providers to use the information you provide to respond, coordinate the meeting, and follow up about the inquiry.

Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance as a client, reserve capacity, create exclusivity, or establish a confidential or professional relationship unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated traffic, or unreasonable load.
• Scrape, copy, frame, mirror, or systematically extract Site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or the source of information.

Subject to these Terms, Polygon Growth grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for internal business evaluation and other lawful personal or professional purposes.

No license is granted to Polygon Growth names, logos, marks, service methods, or materials except as expressly stated. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from Site materials without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant Polygon Growth a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate the Site, or perform an agreed engagement.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide the materials and authorize their intended use. Do not submit confidential information through an unsecured or general website channel unless we have agreed on an appropriate method.

Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, and permitted use of client deliverables and project materials are governed by the applicable signed engagement document.

The Site may link to or integrate with scheduling, payment, video-conferencing, social-network, analytics, hosting, and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Polygon Growth is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link or integration does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Site information is provided for general business and informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals and for reviewing and approving decisions, statements, materials, and actions relevant to your organization.

General statements about strategies, outcomes, opportunities, or program features do not guarantee that every person or organization will achieve a particular result.

Any specific service guarantee applies only when it is expressly included in a signed engagement document and remains subject to the definitions, participation requirements, exclusions, measurement method, and remedies stated in that document.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Polygon Growth disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Site information is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polygon Growth and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to Site use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Polygon Growth for claims arising solely from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to paid client services is governed by the applicable signed engagement document.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polygon Growth and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms, or materials you submit in violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Polygon Growth's own unlawful conduct.

Before filing a formal claim concerning the Site, you agree to contact Polygon Growth and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.

Unless a signed engagement document states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Polygon Growth is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing jurisdiction and forum should be confirmed and inserted here before public launch.

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Polygon Growth may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the relevant business.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site, but they do not replace a signed agreement governing client services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when this version was revised. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
